We are looking for Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Osteria Fiorentina SW10 0AJ. This role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and the ability to manage and train junior staff, while also maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within their section, including food preparation and the delivery of high-quality food to customers.
