Job Description: Full-Time Front of House / Waiter We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Front of House / Waiters at our vibrant Malaysian restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Please let us know if you have any previous experience with Malaysian food. Responsibilities: • Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour, • Take orders accurately and manage the POS system efficiently, • Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards, • Provide excellent guest service and attend to customer needs professionally, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues calmly and efficiently Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar front of house role, • Must be able to work full-time, • Must have valid right to work in the UK, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and good organisation, • Positive attitude and a team player, • Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine is a strong advantage Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Discounted or free food Employee discount Experience: Hospitality: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
