Wine & Spirits Assistant at Vine Bar, Bermondsey We're looking for passionate Wine & Spirits Assistants to join our team at Vine Bar, our wine bar at Bermondsey Square opened in November 2025. You'll be sharing your wine knowledge, delivering exceptional service, and helping create memorable experiences for our guests. Full time and part time available. What you'll be doing: Welcoming guests and providing expert advice on wines, spirits, cigars and flowers. Running wine tastings, handling bookings, supporting private events, managing stock, and keeping the space looking its best. What we're looking for: Experience in hospitality, retail, in food and beverage or the wine industry. A genuine passion for wine and spirits, strong communication skills, confidence to work independently, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. WSET + 2 years' experience preferred.
