Previous barista experience is essential. Passion for coffee and hospitality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Able to work in a fast-paced but calm environment A team player who brings good energy Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, teas, and cold drinks to a high standard Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation Provide a warm, friendly customer experience Take orders and handle payments efficiently Keep the workspace clean, organised, and fully stocked Assist with opening and closing duties Follow all food hygiene and health & safety standards Support with light prep (e.g. açaí bowls, toppings, etc.) Work closely with the team to keep smooth daily operations
