Job Description

A hard working,experienced Commis Chef who loves cooking but isn't afraid of the gritty work,prep work and section maintenance(assist with end-of-shift cleaning, dishwashing when necessary,and deep cleaning tasks)a team player who can manage inventory and take ownership of their station if needed.Strong knife skills and basic knowledge of food safety.This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with our Head Chef.Opportunities to learn new techniques and grow within the kitchen
