Job Description

This role involves playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of a busy, traditional pub. Responsibilities include: • Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks to high standards., • Implementing effective stock control measures, including ordering and rotation., • Accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation., • Managing cellar operations, including line cleaning and stock rotation., • Assisting with the coordination and reception of deliveries., • Ensuring the bar area is consistently maintained to exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
