Barista dog lover Snuffle Dog Café & Wine Bar – Sydenham, London Snuffle is a unique neighbourhood space combining a café, wine bar, pet shop, and dog-friendly community hub. We are looking for a part-time barista to join our team and help deliver great coffee, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere for both humans and their dogs. About the Role This is a hands-on role in a busy, social environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day running of the café. Key Responsibilities • Prepare espresso-based drinks to a high standard, • Dial in grinders and maintain coffee quality throughout service, • Provide friendly, attentive customer service, • Take orders, handle payments, and manage busy periods efficiently, • Support food service and basic prep when needed, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and bar area, • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive atmosphere Requirements • Minimum 2 years of barista experience, • Confident working independently during busy service, • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude, • A team player with a proactive and flexible mindset, • Comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment, • Interest in food and wine is highly desirable About You You are reliable, energetic, and take pride in your work.
