We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders and Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Rajkumar Indian Restaurant in Enfield. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience. • Greeting and seating guests warmly., • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently., • Serving meals and beverages with professionalism., • Preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar., • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area and bar., • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly., • Processing payments and operating the POS system., • Collaborating with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. • Proven experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment., • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills., • A friendly, positive, and professional attitude., • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team., • Strong communication skills., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
