Skills and qualities easyCoffee are looking for are: • two year barista experience and customer service experience., • Customer Service; champion exceeding customer expectations and drive the business forward to consistently deliver brand excellence., • Team orientated and the ability to successfully work with others., • Well organised, good at prioritising and managing time., • Proven experience motivating, managing and maximising the performance of others.
