White Mulberry is a quality-focused specialty coffee and brunch company with three locations across London, proudly serving the city for over 14 years. Renowned as a London destination for beautifully presented and delicious brunch, we focus on modern, ingredient-led dishes that are simple yet executed with care. For our main café in St Katharine Docks, next to Tower Bridge, we are looking for a passionate and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our team. While our menu is straightforward, quality and consistency are everything. We are seeking someone who takes pride in working with fresh ingredients and delivering clean, aesthetically pleasing plates. A minimum of 12 months’ kitchen experience is required, along with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, with the early starts at 7:00am and early finishes at 3:30pm on weekdays and 4:30pm on weekends.
