Location: Fiorenza Restaurant, London Salary: From £37,000 per year (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Fiorenza Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our established Italian restaurant in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional with strong culinary and leadership skills to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment, delivering authentic Italian cuisine to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Italian dishes, • Support the development of seasonal menus in collaboration with management, • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations, • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety, • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and food cost control, • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, • Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Candidate Requirements • Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Chef in a 5-star dining environment or similar hospitality setting, • Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, including cheeses, meats, oils, wines, and traditional cooking techniques, • Proven leadership and team-working abilities, • Experience working in a high-pressure kitchen environment, • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, • Enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to career development in high-end restaurants, • Demonstrated ability to uphold high culinary and operational standards Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary from £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, • Opportunities for career progression within a growing hospitality business How to Apply If you are an experienced and passionate Chef with a love for Italian cuisine and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
