The ideal candidate will not only have a passion for food but also strong leadership skills to effectively manage the kitchen team. SpanishSpanishSpanishSpanishSpanish Requirements: • A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef in a similar restaurant or within the hospitality industry, • Extensive knowledge of Spanish cuisine, including expertise in Spanish products such as cheeses, meats, oils, and wines, as well as advanced cooking techniques, • Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment, • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, • Enthusiastic, with a desire to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants, • Dedicated and hardworking, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure, • Experience collaborating with management to develop seasonal menus, • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, • Proven ability to manage inventory and control food costs, • Experience supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
