It is a new exciting concept from the team behind Firebird restaurant serving fish and seafood alongside simple, seasonal vegetable-based dishes with cocktails and wines in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. We are an independent women-led business, working with just local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients. We are looking for energetic and professional Head Bartender to join our team.
