Head Waiter/Waitress – Fundamental Hospitality Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of our three acclaimed venues: Gaia, La Maison Ani, and Shanghai Me. • Gaia – A Greek-Mediterranean inspired dining destination, celebrated for its refined seafood dishes and vibrant atmosphere., • La Maison Ani – A modern Parisian-style brasserie blending French elegance with contemporary flair, perfect for all-day dining., • Shanghai Me – A glamorous restaurant inspired by 1930s Shanghai, offering bold Asian flavours and stylish, high-energy surroundings. As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Overseeing service flow, you’ll support and guide the front-of-house team, coordinate order taking, and maintain smooth communication between the floor and the kitchen.
