Host / Hostess - New Opening

Mour is an exciting new opening in Marylebone, bringing a refined Mediterranean dining concept, built on quality ingredients, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. We are looking for a polished, organised and flexible Host / Hostess to join our opening team and play a key role in creating a warm and seamless guest experience from the point of first contact through to post-visit. Given that this is a new opening, this role will requires various duties of a host / hostess, receptionist and waiter / waitress, according to business needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality in a premium dining environment. Key responsibilities: • Welcome and engage guests with professionalism and warmth, • Manage reservations and guest flow efficiently, • Handle online and telephone bookings, walk-ins, and table allocation, • Maintain clear communication with the floor and management team, • Ensure a smooth and well-paced service from arrival to departure, • Assist with guest requests and overall experience What we’re looking for: • Previous experience in a premium or quality-driven restaurant, • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Experience using reservation systems such as OpenTable is preferred, • Professional and confident approach, • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for a new opening What we offer: • £14.5 - 15 per hour + tips, • Training and development opportunities, • Opportunity to grow within the company, • Opportunity to be part of a new opening from day one, • Supportive and professional team environment If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now and join Mour.
