We are looking for a skilled, passionate and dynamic Host/Hostess to join our team at the London Steakhouse Company based on Middlesex Street in the City. The restaurant in based in the heart of the City, E1 7JF located 5 minutes from Liverpool Street Station. Our team is well known for being friendly, enthusiastic & dynamic, and we pride ourselves on delivering a balance of knowledgeable service with warm personable hospitality. This is an exceptionally busy venue, we are looking for someone who is dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences, has a natural flair for first class service and passion to make every guest smile. What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills, with strong command of the English language Excellent customer service skills Patience and composure Passionate about food and wine Dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience Good computer skills Previous working experience with ResDiary booking system a bonus What we offer in return: Great rates of pay, including tips & TRONC Staff meals on duty and 50% when not on duty 3% company pension contributions Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day If you think you are the right person for the job, then we would love to hear from you Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract Experience: catering: 1 year (preferred)
