The legendary Florentine brand All’Antico Vinaio, with over 30 years of experience in the food industry, has finally arrived in London! We are currently looking for a Supervisor who is eager to take on new challenges and grow together with our company. We seek a dynamic individual who can effectively lead a team and work closely with the store’s managers. Key Responsibilities • Lead by example, meaning you must be the first to step behind the counter to make sandwiches or help out in the kitchen., • To ensure that All’Antico Vinaio brand standards are adhered to in all areas of the restaurant’s operation., • To make every customer and supplier feel welcome and fully engaged with the All’Antico Vinaio experience., • To be a point of reference for crew members regarding conduct during the shift, and to demonstrate positivity and initiative., • To communicate effectively with the restaurant team, and to motivate them by maintaining a healthy and enjoyable work environment.
