Hospitality Team Member

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, switched-on team member to join Marlow & Rye an artisan sandwich and specialty drinks concept focused on quality, speed, and customer experience. This is an all-rounder role. You’ll be working across front of house, drinks, and kitchen, so confidence, energy, and attention to detail are key. What you’ll be doing: • Serving customers and delivering a warm, efficient service, • Preparing drinks (matcha, refreshers, hot drinks) to a high standard, • Assembling sandwiches and supporting kitchen prep, • Keeping the space clean, organised, and service-ready, • Working as part of a fast-paced team during busy periods What we’re looking for: • Positive, proactive attitude - you don’t wait to be told what to do, • Comfortable working across multiple stations, • Good under pressure and able to keep standards high when busy, • Strong communication and team player mindset, • Reliable and punctual - we run a tight operation Experience is a plus, but not essential - the right attitude matters more.
