We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at a London-based cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a proven ability to craft high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a full range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, using various brewing methods., • Maintain and clean coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene standards., • Provide friendly and efficient service, engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere., • Handle cash and card transactions accurately., • Assist with stock rotation and inventory management of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies., • Ensure the cafe area is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant setting., • In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends., • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
