We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Barback to join our team within a small restaurant and bar group in London. This role is crucial in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth, high-quality service in our vibrant bar environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist bartenders with restocking spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages., • Prepare and replenish garnishes, ice, and glassware., • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning spills and washing glassware., • Change kegs and ensure all equipment is in good working order., • Support overall bar operations to ensure a seamless guest experience., • Assist with general cellar duties and stock rotation. What we are looking for: • A proactive and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Physical stamina, including the ability to lift and carry heavy items., • A team player with a positive attitude., • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
