Job Description

CHEF DE PARTIE – NEW OPENING As a Chef de Partie, you will run a section within the kitchen and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality food. Key Responsibilities • • Running your section during prep and service, • • Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation, • • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs, • • Maintaining hygiene, safety, and organisation, • • Supporting stock and waste control, • Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates About You • • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, • • Experience as a CDP or strong Demi CDP, • • Passion for produce-led cooking, • • Strong organisation and attention to detail, • • Calm and team-focused approach Salary & Benefits • • up to £17 per hour incl service charge (tronc-based system), • • Industry-leading staff perks Equality Statement Buvette London is an equal opportunity employer.
