Bella Sia, a newly refurbished Italian cuisine restaurant, is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the culinary direction of a brand-new establishment dedicated to authentic Italian flavors. As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for: • Overseeing all kitchen operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training., • Developing and innovating our Italian menu, ensuring high-quality and authentic dishes., • Maintaining impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation, and taste., • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability., • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards., • Fostering a positive and productive working environment. The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant setting., • Strong leadership and communication skills., • A creative approach to Italian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence., • Excellent organizational and time management abilities., • A thorough understanding of kitchen management, including budgeting and inventory.
