We are looking for a baker with experience in high hydration dough (baladi bread) and fermentation to set up baking process and rhythm for fresh daily baking in our kitchen in islington requirements: 1. always on time, punctual and cleanly dressed, 2. hygiene level 2 certificate and allergen certificate, 3. reliable and consistent, 4. living no more than 30 min from caledonian road barnsbury overground station
