Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating., • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations., • Take accurate food and beverage orders., • Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously., • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs., • Process payments accurately., • Maintain a clean and organized dining area., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in a similar customer-facing role., • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant setting., • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude., • A passion for hospitality, food, and delivering high-quality service., • Ability to work as part of a team.
