Bar Support – Comptoir Café & Wine Mayfair Do you want to start your hospitality journey in one of London’s most exciting wine bars? At Comptoir Café & Wine, our café buzzes by day and transforms into a vibrant wine bar by night – and we’re looking for an energetic team player to join us behind the bar. What You’ll Do • Support the bar team with day-to-day service, • Polish glassware & dishes, keeping the bar area clean and sparkling, • Learn to prepare simple cocktails and serve with style, • Assist with wine service when needed, • Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest What We’re Looking For • Enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude, • Keen to learn about cocktails, wine, and hospitality, • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player, • Previous experience is welcome, but not essential – full training provided What We Offer • 30 hours per week, • Sundays off + Christmas closure, • 50% discount across all our restaurants, • Employee recognition programme, • Opportunities for professional growth – learn about wine & cocktails from our experienced team This is the perfect role if you’re looking to gain experience behind the bar, build confidence in service, and grow your hospitality career in a friendly, supportive environment.
